By default, Triple Fixed only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of credits.
Triple Fixed only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.
Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, Triple Fixed is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You alone are in charge of confirming the order details are correct during Checkout. If there is an error with our site, please bring it to our attention by email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact us by email, email@example.com, directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
If you received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints, or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
